Hi ladies! Busy weekend here, but managed to get in a run today and some push-ups. Will be back later for personals. Lots of guests here for the party and family staying the weekend. Planning on some ub Sunday.

L&G done. I actually had enough energy at the end that I thought I would add in some step from SJP and Ryan was out riding bikes with the kids so I started the first combo and they pulled into the driveway... oh well. So now it's lunch time.

Ellie is really getting under my skin this morning. I'm about to explode! Ugh.
 
angie, good morning - lol at the dial up. this is painful!! though not as painful as moving. how did you keep your sanity when you guys were moving last year? i love l and g b/c i think it has so much cardio in it.

kluad, what a wo yesterday!! that is awesome. i need to try 1 bp per day, but i think until i am set up in my new place it will just be whatever i can fit in.

sorry i neevr got back yesterday. it is too painful with the dialup. i did mow. dh would do it when he is home, but i actually like the physical part of it, when i am not stressed about childcare. we had a nice day to ourselves yesterday despite all the guilt passed onto me for not doing stuff with the whole family. this afternoon there will be a big get together. i just need to survive it. not worried about my eats as there will be lobster and salad. yesterday was squeaky clean. this am i went for a really long run - 16 miles - farthest i have gone without stopping. it felt great. i need to do ub later, but i don't see that happening. things will get crazy from here on out until mid august, and i know i need to role with it, but that is not my strong suit:eek: anyways, i will bbl

We had a good time at the party yesterday-had a slice of pizza, salad, some munchies, and a few treats:) But I decided to walk to and from my friend's house (mile away) for the extra calorie burn:) Today's workout is GS Triceps, abs, and some cardio-maybe some kb since I got KPC and KM back. Headed to the grocery store too. And Darrin is finally going to plant some flowers-better late than never, right?

Angie, great job on L&G! My kids NEVER get under my skin!;)

Lisa, you're a party queen! Glad you got a workout in anyway!

Morris, holy run! I think just maintaining any workout schedule at all while you're trying to move is awesome! Focus on your kids at the get together. And we'll be here to help you get through the move, don't worry:)

Morning! I did Cardio Kicks this morning and one of the workouts from Ab Hits. It was so fun- love the punching drills. We took the kids to the drive in last night- not our best idea. We left about an hour or so into the movie- they were tired and wouldn't settle down. Oh well, you don't know until you try, right?

Colleen: Concert report please!

Klaudia: I think that sounds like decent eats for a party, plus the walk cancelled out anything bad. :)

Morris: Glad you checked in and at least there will be good food options at the party today. You'll get through this move, just focus on one thing at a time so you don't get overwhelmed. And woo hoo on that run! Impressive. :)

Angie: I am doing L&G tomorrow- I love Cathe's demeanor in that one, she seems so relaxed.

Anne: How was your Saturday?

Eats have been good this weekend, probably a little low on calories. Since when have you heard me say THAT? BBL.
 
OMW, I think I ate my weight in food last night, it was all so good. I don't remember the last time I ate that much in one sitting. Oh, well, it won't happen again soon. It was a fun time and one person showed up that surprised everybody. She usually says she'll come and then doesn't. It was nice to just relax.

This morning I was pretty lazy, then balanced the checkbook and went to the grocery store. I'm looking at more condos this afternoon. I hope I find something. I'm just feeling really sad about leaving this house and this neighborhood. I need a fresh start, though, right? Right!

Hi Everyone!

The concert was really good. It took a long time to get to our seats because we were on the field and we had to get wristbands and there was only a couple entrances to get on the field. I liked the Billy Joel portion better than the Elton John portion and the two of them together was great. I am exhausted this morning - it took us 2 hours to get home from the concert last night.

Anne, good luck with the Condo hunt today.
Angie, sorry you didn't get your cardio in. I ordered insanity yesterday. I can't wait to get it.
Nina, you will get through this move stuff.
Patti, thanks for the workout info and the recipe.
Lisa, good job trying to sneak in some workouts while you have company.

So crazy here still. Auntie and cousin leaving today. BIL leaves Wed. Going for another run this afternoon. Running melts my fat and lbs off quick. Hoping I can at least get 4 miles in. Running under 10min/mile now. Triceps on tap for today and more pushups. Chests are my least fave body part. Eyeing some new wo's. Hmm...decisions, decisions.
