!i!i!i --- squeaky CLEAN weekend --- i!i!i!

Hi Everyone!

I did Yoga Solutions Timesaver yesterday and realized I am not as flexible as I want to be. It was challenging and it definitely limbered me up from all that sitting. Today I am cleaning preparing for our holiday party next weekend, studying for an exam I want to take in January.

Kate, have you tried YS yet? You are so lucky to have a great sleeper.
Morris, good luck with the elliptical. Glad your fracture site is not bothering you.
Angie, have a safe trip today.
Robin, isn't great hanging out with your sister? I hope she decides to move to NC so everyone is together.
Katie, that is so funny about the YS!! I saw you are doing FF December rotation. I wish I could join you but I have a class next week that is about 1 hour away with traffic and starts at 8:00 am everyday. I just don't think I could drag myself out of bed early enough to do all the workouts.

w/o was Bosu Step
b: oatmeal w/ almonds
l: slice of pizza, chopped veggies, clementime
s: tbd
d: roast beef, potatoes and veggies

Hey everyone!

Danica's recital was a success. She's turning into a really good dancer, I must say:) But, boy am I glad it's over-all the rehearsals and Thanksgiving wore me out! Her next recital isn't until June, thank goodness. I'm now sitting here enjoying the silence that is a daddy/daughter(s) day out. Darrin took the girls out to the Bounce House and out for pizza. He's awesome, no?;) I'm going to do a bit of cleaning then try and get my workout in. I have GS Triceps, a 30 minute run, and abs on tap-if I don't lose my motivation.

Angie, bon voyage!

Morris, good job on the workout! I hope your neighbors will give you a deal. I love Cooking Light! I want to buy their year end recipe compilations-yum!

Kate, what a gem Julia is! I can't believe it's been 7 weeks already! Hope your lunch goes well:) Most of my friends are not clean eaters, either-they just eat badly, don't workout at all, and then grumble about their weight, telling me how "lucky" I am. That's why I love it here:)

Robin, have a great time with your sister. I have one brother and we're close, but I don't think it compares to sisterhood. I'm so glad my girls will have each other.

Colleen, I'm not flexible either. I need to work on that. How do you prepare your roast beef? I've never made a roast of any kind, but I'd like to. Sounds yummy.

Katie, how's the heavy lifting? I'm doing a one body part/day rotation right now, too. Hopefully I see some gains soon. Maybe if I cleaned up my eating, huh?;)

Hi Anne!

klaudia, glad the recital went well - you must be so proud. enjoy your run - i am totally envious. that is the problem with feeling good - i am wondering why i am not doing more:( but, safety first.

kate, hope the luncheon went well. hope the eats went well too! enjoy your rest day.

angie, safe travels!

robin, enjoy your time with your sister. does she live very far away? i am one of 5, and other than this year, which has been terrible for my family (long story for another post), we have all been historically close, though far apart in distance.

mm upper, abs done! i am so glad to be on a different weight probgram. 4 weeks of pyramids and endurance type stuff was enough, though i really did like the upper body results. diet has been 80% clean today - rest of day will squeak! ds1 has a friend coming over in 20 minutes. i better feed the baby.

just have a sec....

food at friends today was as good as i could do. lunch was so-so, i skipped dessert. we all ATTACKED the fruit when we got home. even tho the fam complains about clean-eating that let me know that they DO appreciate my cooking, even if they dont know it!;)
