Deanie - I'm still liking the frequent deadlifting . I feel like my technique is getting a lot more consistent.

I'm taking a rest today. I have to run some errands after work. Here's last night's fun:

PTTP
DL - 90x10 DL warm up
Set 1 - 135x5
Set 2 - 125x5

Press
Set 1 - 50x5
Set 2 - 40x5

Then, CrossFit Leg Day!!
3 Rounds for time
* 100ft walking lunges (40 lunges)
* 50 air squats
* 25 hip extensions

Time - 13:57 - I forgot what a leg burner this was. My quads and glutes are feeling it today. :)
 
Hi Everyone,

Yesterday's workout was much harder than it seemed on paper but I got through all 5 rounds. It is still in the high 80's/low 90's so I think the weather had something to do with it.

Here is my workout for today.

Catch 22
2 Rounds200m Run
22 KB deadlifts
200m Run
22 Swings
22 Thrusters (or 11 each arm)
22 Walking Lunghes (22 each leg)
200m Run
22 Pull ups
400m Run
22 KB Squats

Jane - I like the looks of Catch 22.

Here's a picture of the countertop I'm working on. It really looks better in person, the flash on the camera cast a whole bunch of glare that isn't there, and the color actually darker.

I also attached a link to the cabinets that it'll go with. They're a natural birch from IKEA. It's fun to be finally getting to this kind of point in the project. :)

hi guys! didn't realize it was so late today. never got a workout in either!!! I slept in thinking i would workout after work, since i only work till noon today, but then the handy man came at one, then the boys got home, then (now) their friends are over,!!!! and now DH called and he's on his way home. Dinner needs to be early tonight since I have back to school night for younger DS at 7:30!!:eek: Life is definitely back to "school" schedule!! next week we add guitar lessons and soccer and baseball practice and games!!!!:eek::eek::eek: How many more days till summer???? LOL:p;)

Anyway, I will be working out tomorrow, this no working out is driving me batty!!!

Gayle::: Love the countertop!! you do really nice work! enjoy your day off, you've earned it!!

Jane:::really like catch 22. I copied it to use for future torture!!!:p have fun with it!!

Hi ladies. So I put on my black tank top and my green capri pants so I could coordinate with Anthony. Either that or my lunch of 2 peanut butter chocolate chunks allowed me to have a great workout.

I did Providence and I even did all of the snatch test. I used the 12kg for most of it. I will try the wardrobe matching again. This morning I did Kick Max timesaver cardio.

Jane- Catch 22 does look hard but being the super chica that you are, you did it.
