Morning ladies!
Jane, I am honored that you would want us on your side if you did that crazy run!

would it be okay if I rode my bike, though?

and I agree, you
did turn out okay and I look forward to seeing you every day, but I am so so sorry for the early years. My younger sister also had problems, and my mom fought to have her held back but
did win. She still had problems the following year, though, and like you she did catch up eventually but I know she felt the same way self-esteem wise. By the time she was in middle school she was an honor student she graduated high school Salutatorian, but the damage had been done. Now she is charge nurse of her unit and still feels down on herself. Her struggle made her work harder than everyone else and achieve more, but unfortunately made her feel like she has to or she will fail.

I am so grateful that we have the choices we do now, and that the freedom to exercise those choices. Kids should
NOT have to feel that way!!!
Deanie, my fellow mean-mom partner, yay for no blisters! woo hoo!!! Great job on SIM, too. Did you see that it was on sale during the Dog Days? I think it went on sale just shortly after you bought it... why does that always happen?
Marcy, it's great you are improving each week! Yay!!!

I think it's great and I give a big congrats to you and Deanie each for the sizes you wear - I haven't worn anything smaller than a 6 in any brand since I was 23.

And I can't live w/o a dog either. DH is allergic, but after we have had ours for a while his allergies settle down and he's okay... strange, huh?
Gayle, how's it going?
Rhonda, what's up, girl?
Tammy, Laura and anyone else I missed (sorry!) -
HOLA!!!
I am taking the rest of the week off. I have to get used to my schedule and new sleeping patterns because I feel drained and my body is playing catch up.
I have to get moving now! I will talk to you later.
Melissa
