I hope someone has the answer quickly

I did boot camp before bed last night and so far today I haven't done any exercise at all. My question is....since bootcamp is pretty much an all over workout..should I do one tonight? I am pretty sore, especially hams and glutes. I was wondering If I should get some cardio on the treadmill b4 bed or just rest my muscles. I like to do something each day, and sometimes cardio and a cathe ( w/weights of course).
I am going to go to bed soon. so i was hoping someone was still up to give me an answer. I am desperately trying to rid myself of body fat b4 summer. Should I hit the mill or hit the bed?

I think a light jog on the treadmill or fast walk would be ok. I normally would do a Cathe workout, but you say you haven't worked out in a while.

DO you normally work out this close to bedtime, though?

Usually a little earlier, but not too much. Sometimes I do HIIT on the mill and sometimes just moderate instensity for 1.5-2 mi. I just feel pretty sore from the waist down from last nights boot camp session and didn't know if it would be bad for the muscles to work them on the mill tonight.
To make matters worse ...I'm so hungry :p :9
 
Sometimes, it seems to help me to do the walking or a light run if I am particularly sore. The reason I do is 'cause sometimes I sit around all day at work doing paperwork & will tend to get even more sore the next day.
