Good Morning and happy Valentines day
Today I did a quick workout:
I warmed up with:
the AOS flow drill:
starting on the right side:
half get-up
high pull/snatch
presses
squat with bell racked
long cycle cleans
swings
figure 8 to a hold ending in left hand
swings
long cycle clean
squat with bell racked
press
high pull/snatch
reverse half get-up ending on floor
except for the get up everything is for 30 seconds. I took a full 30 second break before the presses on the left side
they are so hard for me!
then I did 3 cycles of:

Gayle~ I think you are right! I am going to try the SSST!!

- kettlebell snatches r/l
- Air Dyne sprints (I subbed with the ropes- doing alternate waves with squats)
- Spiderman push ups
- Weighted jump rope
