Last weekend I got certified as an insructor and we had a bodypump challenge. We had 6 stations of two different exercises to do and lift as heavy of wt as u could with good form for 15-20 reps. Anyway Everone was impressed at how much I could lift. I lifted the most out of all the women there(there was only 6) but even the instructors where impressed, anyway, I was thinking I have to credit STS. I had just finished a rotation a month before the training! Even when they first told us we would be lifting weight heavier than we ever had before, I was thinking bring it! Thanks cathe
