I just thought of a great fun rotation for combining my new CTX series and the concept of freestyle and splitting my workouts :)

I have been trying to figure out how to incorporate all that together and now have a plan I am sharing - BTW - CTX arrives today for me!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

M-F AM Workout CTX series (rotate one of them daily)

M PM addon - legs and gluts
T PLB
W Pilates
R Pilates or KPC
F off at night
S Circuit Max and 200 walking lunges
S Off

This is about 2 hours a day, but I am needing a jumpstart to really sculpt and lose the body fat for a trip to Cabo coming in Nov :)

Let me know what you think!!
 
It looks doable to me. I would make one recomendation. On the days that you do not have an evening workout, I would choose Leaner Legs.
