I have not done my cardio yet and I don't want to AT ALL. I don't feel like it today. Please, someone, tell me why I should. I did an extra day of cardio yesterday that wasn't scheduled on my rotation so it's not like I'd be missing a cardio work out for the week. What I feel like doing is taking a nappie poo...eating a donut THEN taking a nap. (it's a good thing I do't have any donuts in the house)
