Char-Char~ umm...could be called being a "chick" thing today, could be lack of carbs, could be the blood thing, could be not enough sleep. Sounds like it is a carb thing. I know for me when I am low on the energy its usually a carb thing. I eat them, just the good ones, no bad ones unless it's a free day. Try drinking some green tea also, that tends to pep me up sometimes. I am also with DMoney on the sports drink thing, but sips. I have a gatorade in mt fridge that I sip before I workout and then if I need it during the work out, but only sips, no gulps. BTW-I love the thread you started. I think we are having fun with that one! hehe!

Ok I am out. Must finish cleaning this fu**ing house. Uhhh I am growing to hate this house. Maybe I am too much of a clean freak. Does moping and sweeping count as cardio? I have abour 400 sq ft of tile and I run the vaccume (sp?). for a total of 2600 sq ft. and I do the stairs, does that count?
