I Hate Cardio Check-In, 3/25

Good morning Haters!

Just in case you gals haven't seen the thread from yesterday, my MIL is in the Cardiac Care Unit. They think she may have had a silent heart attack yesterday. Anyway, I'm off to the hospital and will be there much of the day. I'll be home for awhile this afternoon and will try to do my cardio then if there's enough time.

I have been up since 3 am today my 4.75 month old DD decided she did not feel like sleeping last night, don't know why just decided she wanted to play....uhhhh.....soooo tired.......
After completing LowMax yesterday I remembered why I hate cardio, someone needs to invent Klutz prevention. I swear one of these days I am going to knock myself out trying to complete a cardio workout! haha!
