I had to do it!

Well I did IMax, Step Jam and L&S on Wednesday..I was on a roll :D. While doing the side lunges in L&S and holding a 20# dumbell, I got a stingy pain in my upper inner thigh. It felt like being cut with a razor blade. So now I'm resting.:'(
Have any of you girls had this sort of injury? How long were you in this phase and is it a microtear? I'm thinking of just doing upper body work on Monday. I can't go outdoors and walk or run as I am waiting for the nerves to heal in my head.Air on my head, especially cooler air makes me hurt like an exposed nerve to a tooth feels when cold drinks or air hits it. I have a nerve short circuiting which the doctor said was causing my migraines....I posted earlier on this subject.
I guess all of injured ones should have a pity party in our jamies and eat chocolate chip cookies and drink hot cocoa with loads of marshmellows or whipped cream.... or any other foods that are in the 'comfort' catagory...:D

As Goldie Hawn used to say on Laugh In..it was D U M B E!!!
I'd better wait a year or so before I attempt to be like Cathe when she films 5 Videos in one weekend..:)
