I got my ellipitcal!!!

Havin' a party, got my new toy!!! Yee-haw!! I was supposed to get it Sat, but it snowed and DH had to go plow and took the truck, and the box wouldn't fit in my car. I tried to convince him to leave me the truck and his debit card and he could take my car, but it didn't fly. A woman with money and a loose budget is a dangerous thing. He knows there's a 10% margin of error plus tax, so me and his money are a dangerous thing! So I got it yesterday. We assembled without too much troubles or hurting each other. I gave it the 1st test run w/ CC 5 yesterday and all went well. DH was like "didn't you already exercise?" I said "Yep, but I need to try it out!" So much fun! Yay!

I still need/want a wt bench, I'll get that myself and see if I can get it in and set up without him noticing! He's agreed I need a wt rack, but not the bench. I can deal without the rack, and having my dumbbells lined up on the floor, but that bugs him. A bench, however, is a necessity

Woo Hoo Nan! Have fun with your new elliptical I had to laugh at your comment about putting it together with DH and not hurting each other. I just bought a really nice weight bench from Costo and DH and I put it together without a single argument That was a first!

we got one a couple weeks ago and have been loving it!
finally, some cardio for dh. i just couldnt convince him to do drillmax again!

we paid for delivery/assembly otherwise there wouldve been some fights goin' on here too!

we are getting a versaclimber and a leg press machine delivered soon. unfortunately there was no assembly option for those so we'll have to do it ourselves. there's gonna be some words exchanged then!

Good for you! Sears was having a great sale and I wanted one so bad but promised myself that I would not buy any (more) big ticket fitness items until I reached my 2009 fitness goals. I have plenty of stuff already ...trust me! Which model did you get?? I needed a weight bench and decided to add risers to my step and that works out great.
