I Get A Standing Ovation for Today's Workout - Push Pull & Yoga

Hey all thought I would share my work out this a.m. - Push Pull and I pushed the weights up to really feel it (good to do since the sets are short). Then Baron Baptiste Journey Into Power 2 yoga tape. 1.5 hours total(a miracle for me to go that long in the a.m.). And it was a great combo - one tape was short but intense the other fairly short but a real body opener.

I felt so happy after this! Then I realized my long workout made everyone late and had to put the family into hyper mode to get them out the door. Ah well.

So how about that standing ovation??
