I found my Yoga Dvd's!

Okay I have now seen heaven, and they have Namaste Dvd's!!!!!

Sorry, I am really excited because I have been trying to find these on the internet and I loveeeeeee doing them on fittv. (When I had cable) I recently bought a house and I only subscribed to basic cable.

I am at the moment doing my happy dance. :7

Anyone else like Namaste? Just Cathe and my Namaste and I am goooood to go!

I adore Namaste yoga! I have season one on dvd. Have they released anymore? I should go to the website and check. I haven't used them in quite a while. I got into YogaX when doing a P90X rotation, then moved on to Shiva Rea and Eion Finn. If you enjoy Namaste and want more advanced (and longer) sessions, I think you will like Shiva.

I may just dust off those dvds this week, and imagine that I look half as good as those women. Thanks for the reminder!

Namaste Yoga is great--my current favorite. Season 2 has also been released and is available on their site.

I'm just ordering the dvd's now, but I haven't been able to do
them for about 6 months since I moved. I want to get both
season I and II but I have to check my bank account (lol).
Is Shiva from fittv?

Phyllis - did they get more advanced in season two?

Colleen - I don't get Fittv, but I don't think Shiva's ever put her sessions on the telly. I got Shiva's stuff from Amazon or Chapters (a Canadian bookstore).

No I don't think that Season 2 is more advanced--again they vary between intermediate, advanced and for everybody. The two seasons are very similar but I enjoy the yoga so I ordered the second season.
