I feel so bad...

Andrew got his shots today. He cried so hard when they gave it to him but than he was ok. He weighed in at 15lbs. 9 oz. and 24 inches long, they want me to start cereal because he is eating too much formula. I dont know if he is ready yet but I will give it a try. Hope everyone is feeling good!!

mary, i am dreading the next dr visit b/c of the shots. glad you are done with it! ceral already huh? maybe that will help andrew sleep longer too. are you getting any rest? how is your back feeling? finn weighed in at 7.13 last week - he has gained almost 50% of his birth weight!

Wow finn is getting so big!! my back is the same but it did take some time too get back my strength last time. I could not believe they wanted me to start food but I gave him cereal last night and he loved it. he was fussy yesterday because of the shots but today he seems better. I took my parents with me to the dr. to help with jake and my mom had to leave the room when the dr. gave andrew his shots, it so hard to see them cry. babies recover so quickly though so dont worry too much. on another note andrew did sleep 5 1/2 hrs. i dont know if it was the food or the shots but we will see tonite. how long is finn sleeping and is hubby still doing the late night feeding?

well, late night feeding for us is bvetween 9 and 10pm;-)

he gives a bottle then, which is great if i get in bed at 8 (not always possible, mind you.) at night finn goes 3-4 hrs between feedings, and during the day it is 2.5-3hrs. we are definately making progress from the 1.5 hr thing, which is great. finn has lots of gas though, and i think that causes him discomfort. seems to be an every other day thing. hope it will pass
