I don't know what to order

I just ordered Kick, Punch, and Crunch and the Legs and Glutes DVD and I love it. It is right at my level of fitness and I want to add to my collection, but I do not know what to order next. I am very fit and I want something that is going to challenge my muscles in a diferent way. I would like a good arm routine, a different lower body routine, a full body routine, and I prefer floor aerobics over step because I do not have a ton of room to do step. Any suggestions? I am also a runner, so I would like something that I could rotate or do in combination with running. Also I am getting married soon so I want to be in the best shape of my life, so I am up to any challenge! Please let me know what would be the best DVD's to order. Thank you!

I Have been working out with cathe for years and I love all her tapes but if you want something that is great for upper body I would recommend pyramid upper body. You can really work with this video and make it as hard as you want. I hope this helps

Well that is easy, you can check out the Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance but if you don't have a high step you can use a chair or a foot stool or anything that is sturdy. Also their is Cardio Kicks/Circuit Max but the Circuit Max is use on a long step. And The Pyramid is a great strength video like the above post said. It is my favorite. HTH

Hi Acansler! Here are my suggestions:

For Lower Body: Leaner Legs

For Upper Body: Pyramid Upper Body

A Full Body for cardio and muscle conditioning: Boot Camp

A Full Body for weights only: Muscle Endurance or Maximum Intensity Strength

I don't have solid floor aerobic tapes but if you want one that it really hard that is 30 minutes floor aerobics and 30 minutes step aerobics then I say: Maximum Intensity Cardio.

Good Luck and enjoy!

If I were you, I'd go with the Pyramid DVD for weights. It's got a two day split for upper and lower body, but there is a premix that combines the two for total body. I've gotten great results with this DVD and the fun factor is pretty high (at least for me). There is some stability ball work in each workout, so I don't know if that would be a plus or minus for you.

Now for cardio, since you like hi/low so much, I probably would go with the Cardio Kicks/Circuit Max DVD. Cardio Kicks is kickboxing, but with a big hi/low influence. Circuit Max is a circuit workout and does use the step, however, but it's awesome. (Come to think of it, I haven't done this one in a while. I'll have to pull it out for next week).

This is what I recommend, but I'm sure you'll get some completely different, but great, suggestions from others.

Have Fun,
Shelbygirl
