I don't have my order number!! Am I in trouble?

I ordered those new DVD's way back when they first started the presale and I don't have my order number or anything and I did not get any email notice about shipment. I am getting very nervous here.
What should I do? Should I contact Cathe.com or just wait a few more days?

Hi Christie,

I would try the UPS tracking on her homepage. You should be able to enter your phone number , it will let you know if your order has shipped. I would not panick just yet, give it a few business days. I dont think UPS picks up on weekends.:) :) :)
 
I have the same issue - we switched internet providers just a couple of weeks ago, so I couldn't get anything from SNM about my order #. I am not really worried about it, though. I have always gotten my orders when I was supposed to and when I did have a problem, the only time, it got resolved very quickly. I do have a record of the purchase from my bank though, just in case. :) If I don't get anything around the time that everyone else who ordered in September (when I ordered) gets theirs then I will contact SNM, but like I said... I have no worries.

I do have total faith in SNM and Cathe but since I've been waiting for so long, I don't want asything to go wrong at this point.
I'll check UPS tracking with my phone number.

I just check UPS tracking and it's in transit!!! yipee!!!
Expected delivery date is 10/30/06 Monday!!!
I'm so thrilled!!

I think I have been reading that some did not get a shipping email, but the tracking worked for them.:)
