I was doing Fitness Freaks Lower Body Blast this is 3 weeks and my thighs bulked up to much so I am backing off the lower body and continuing with upper and cardio. Sunday I am starting Fitness Freaks Muscle Building & Defining Rotation it starts my yoga too.
