I did okay with S&H Chest and Back with 12-15 pounds throughout on my first time ever doing a S&H workout... UNTIL we got to all those never-ending planks!!! LOL, I didn't know I could shake all over like that!! :eek: :D

Okay, now I need to eat something and take a nap...

I don't know which is worse- those planks after S&H C&B or stability ball pikes after PUB!!!! Both are tough. And occasionally I end up falling over-lol!

LOL I was so sheepish when I went pretty heavy (for me) on that workout!!! You had told me to go light... but I was feeling okay!! So I did a bit heavier than maybe I should have, first time around. I guess we'll see tomorrow!!! :)
 
I would love some more DOMS!! I've been missing it a little. Although, I still get it after runs since my runs have been so sporadic. And doing KPC with my new weighted gloves yesterday has my arms tingling a little...

LOL, WAHOO!!!!! I'M WORKING HARD!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it!!
 
Catherine, I think pikes in PUB is the absolute WORST!!! She has you stay in position for so long before you even start, my shoulders give out early!

And falling over is a regular occurrence at my house, I'm sorry to say!! (But so is showing off my muscles to DH,}( so I guess I'll keep at it...)
