I did it !!!!!

Allison - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You should be soooo proud! I have started BFL soooooo many times and NEVER finished a whole 12 wks! How did you stay motivated to finish? How did you get over it if you messed up and cheated during the week and not throw in the towel? I find that I do good Sun -Wed then on Wed night or thurs I lose it!

I tried really hard not to focus on if I took one too many bites of rice, or chicken.. I focused on how good it felt when I did things right and that took alot of the pressure off for me! I am very disciplined throughout the week then on my free day, whoa!, I am eating it! (Iusually felt horrible at the end of my free day and couldn't wait to get back on track!) I really feel strongly that the free day is what kept me going, I would think ok only 3 more days till cookie time haha!
