Thank you everyone for suggestion Kettlebell workout and dvds. I got my first order: The kettleway to your perfect body v.1 and v.2 Wed. I did it today. Oh, my.
I used 15lb this time based on you guys suggestion, bumped from 10lbs. At beginning, I thought 1 min was not necessary. I added push up or jumping jack. But up to No.10, my heart rate was at 96%. I had to take 1 min break to catch up with my breath. I followed the instruction first. Then did the V.1 whole workout. I did sweat a lot and when I checked my HR monitor, I burnt 587 calories in 1hour 38min. It burnt more than I did 30 min running in TM and weight lifting in the same length of time. Wow!
I was able to follow up most moves no problem. I had problem with this move:

With one arm press, I had a hard time to do deep squat. Do you experience the same thing? What should I practice in order to get to deep squat like them?
