I did a pike!!!

Just had to toot my own horn!! I've been trying for what seems like forever to do a pike on the stability ball and I finally got it!! I actually got stuck at the top in my excitement and kinda tumbled off. The next few went smoothly. No one else understands my excitement, but I'm sure y'all do. Yay for me!!!

I am still trying to get through all the Pikes that Cathe does.....and today I will try again since I plan to do Kick, Punch, and Crunch!

Oh, CONGRATS! Isn't it a great feeling? I remember the first time I did one, I surprised the heck out of myself! Now go do one on a Target ball and make sure you get a picture ;-)
