I'm so bad when it comes to new workouts and resisiting temptation. I finally caved in an orderd the TLT's - all of 'em. I know a Cardio Coach workout isn't far behind, thanks to all the enablers on this forum.
So here's my question - For those of you doing the TLT's, is a 4lb weighted ball a reasonable weight to start with on these, or would you recommend more or less weight?
