I can't find Cathe's answer!

A couple of days ago I came across a post Cathe wrote--I think several years ago. Somebody asked about her personal strength training practices, and she explained a typical week. What caught my eye is that she mentioned working her legs twice a week--one day focusing more on quads, the other day focusing more on hams. Does anyone remember this? I hate to ask her again--I like to just search and find things that have already been asked and answered, but this I just can't find!
 
Found it! Almost didn't find it--it's got such a non-descript subject: "The Gym".

I've seen the "one body part per day" threads, but this one's the only time I've noticed her mentioning different parts of the leg. Of course, I haven't finished poking through the years and years and thousands of Ask Cathe posts.... ;-) Makes for great light reading--there's so much info, and so many questions other people ask that I sometimes wonder about too.
