I came up w/a new rotation - please look.......

I was doing the tank top rotation, but I really miss my circuits so, I came up with this..........let me know what needs to be tweaked. Trying to drop those last five pounds by July 4th weekend!

M- Cardio of choice and abs (60minutes)
T- Circuit of choice
W-pilates and kickbox of choice
TH-pilates and ME/PH/MIS
F- Circuit of choice
Sat- rest or walk the dog
Sunday- PUB and L&G ( I have the most time on Sundays!)

Let me know! I was thinking of doing this for June.......just to shock the body for four weeks and get my circuits back in there :)
 
There's a problem between Thurs and Fri. You have a total body workout followed by a circuit which will work the same muscle groups again, thus not allowing them any rest.

Make this into an 8 day routine, becuase it is hard to work each body part 4 times with weights in one week, which is what you have here!

Try:

THurs: Circuit of choice
Fri: rest /walk
Sat: Pilates and ME
Sun: Cardio of choice
Mon: PUB and L&G

Then start off the following week's rotation on a Tuesday.
