<--knows <--will now wake up tomorrow morning feeling good as new!:p
<--says shower, Motrin and cream only helped minimally....enough so that <--can p/u DS when needed.
<--says no work out today it seems. :-(
<--has a friend on way to visit so <--'s only chance to w/o was early this morning and now that chance is gone...
<--is still battling with weight gain/bloat from weekend so really didn't want to miss any work outs!x(

WOOH! Now <--just hopes <--likes them! LOL :p
