<--was awakened quite rudely this morning and isn't happy about that.x(
<--was trying to avoid calling the doc and thought <--could do so successfully but now must re-examine that idea.

<--- forgot to mention that she's happy Shannon's bird seems to have been muzzled;)
<--- measured herself this morning for the first time in months
<--- was completely dismayed at what the tape measure was telling her
<--- hopes this is the kick she needs to get back on track
 
<--knows we are our own worst critics and is sure that is the ***ONLY*** reason why Shelley's measurements were not good.
<--'s rude awakening was...after having a good night's sleep b/c <--was *not* woken up in pain every time <--rolled over, <--went to stretch and something went kablooie and OMG the pain!!! The b/s/n injury re-appeared like a knife in <--'s back and is now very unhappy and therefore re-examining calling the doc. <--did not call before because it was almost better so <--was SURE it was on it's way out on it's own!:-(

<--wonders what everyone has planned for the weekend? Anyone doing anything fun perhaps? :)
<--is going into NYC to see a show on saturday and is very excited about that! <--is praying that it doesn't rain!!!
