Who do you know that wakes up in the morning with a great big smile on their face because it is raining? Me, because our ball game tonight will have to be re-scheduled and I won't have to miss it because there will be nothing to miss! (evil little grin

The hamstring is improving daily and I have the go ahead to bike a little but I am going to hold off until I have not done any cardio for one whole week (more if needed) just to be safe.

focus on the quads

You probably know you engage the hamstrings when you climb or with high gears (high tension). Going faster cadence (rpm) & keeping the gearing low while you find some flat rides will make your quads do most of the work while your hamstring recovers. Have patience!!
