to start STS for the first time on Tuesday. I finished up the 1 RM's yesterday so took today off. My plan is to do cardio on Mon, Wed & Fri - those are the mornings ALL of my kids are gone and for me it is much easier to do weights while my last little guy is home on Tues and Thurs instead of cardio ("Mom, can I have," "Mom, can you get," you get the picture). Sat my husband is home so that is a guaranteed day.

Sunday will be my complete rest day.

So, for those of you that did STS, what would you suggest I do tomorrow and Saturday for workouts?
 
Hey Debbie! How exciting is it to start STS? I started Monday and I love the program so far. I have never felt so sore in my life!

If you go on the STS forum, Cathe has some really good cardio rotation suggestions to add to STS. I'm doing IMAX, KickMax and a run this week for my 3 cardio workouts.
