Wow, I thought my boss was not nice. But I don't have to share the toilet with him. Totally gross....should be someone you can complain to...I sure hope so. Sounds like a change in jobs is in order for you!

I knew a feral male cat who did that as a territorial thing: would take a dump in the middle of the yard and not even attempt to cover (which is for 'subordinate' felines to do).

Never thought I'd hear of a human with the same instincts.

(Evidently there was no psychological screening for his postion?)

Time for an OSHA walk-through, IMO.
