I am listening to the music on my satellite and dancing around the house as I am cleaning and realized it is the same song as the warm-up from Body Max 2. I feel so silly because I got so exicted so I decided I would mention it.

I love the music from Body Max 2! My kids dance around when I put that one in.

I love the music in BM2 too! She does such a wonderful job matching the move to the music--around the worlds etc. I did this on Monday and it's such a fun dvd! I have to ask: did you say, "Where are the kids?" like Cathe does?
