How do I post a pic or create a picture trail? Thanks I am computer illeterate so baby steps please unless its self explanatory.

You have to first go to www.picturetrail.com and create an account there.

As Nance said, you can't post a pic on here directly from your computer. You need to host your pictures on a site like www.picturetrail.com or www.photobucket.com (both are free). Once you've set that up, let us know and we can walk you through getting the pics from there to here. And don't worry. It's super-easy

How do i get a avatar pic? I go to user menu and to select avatar but they give me 4 pic options and how do i put in my own?

Randi - you need to have your pics hosted somewhere and then when you go to Avatar pic, you enter that URL into the box.
