I am finally running

I have been for months trying to run on the treadmill without dying.
Last night i think i accomplished much more.
I set the treadmill at 45 min and warmed up at 3.5 then i ran the 40 min at 5mp with an ocassional 4mp minute to unthaw my legs and drink some water.
I did a few 6mp 6 minute runs in there, but it is all up hill from there.Not ready for 7 & 8, but i will.
I was able to lift back to normal this week with no pulling.I am hurting, but it feels good.
I felt like my muscles were sagging after 2 weeks off.

Runners am i doing ok???

WOW!...I think you are doing great Anne! Just take it slow. How many days a week are you planning on running?
