but one that does not take up alot of room. I don't mind if it is on the step either. I also would like to see another workout similar to the Cardio & Weights tape. It is the one "cardio" tape from you I can actually do. Your Pyramid tape is truely amazing. I enjoy the 2-day split. So one similar to that as well. I enjoy what you do with the stability ball as well as the medicine ball so if you want to incorporate those pieces of equipment in there that would be nice.
