Hydroxycut and Xenedrine

Has any one used either Xenedrine or hydroxycut to get lean? I have seen their ads, and the results seem (this is the key word isn't it) miraculous. I was just wondering if any one had ever used these products, and if so, what kind of results you got. Thanks.

Ephedrine

I am almost certain that both of these products contain the controversial stimulant, ma huang or ephedrine--- something that, according to my smart friend, Kimz, is illegal in Canada, undoubtedly for good reason. Before the raging popularity/controversy of these products, I tried a friend's Metabolife (also containing ephedrine) for a couple of days at best. Quite honestly, the stuff made me jittery, anxious, nauseated, unable to sleep. Did it curb my appetite or my famous craving for chocolate? Maybe a little. But as soon as I stopped taking the stuff, I was ravenous. (The body knows what it needs.)

My neighbor has been an ephedrine-product user for the last year or so. I think she has gained weight....and become a heck of a lot more "nervous" in the process.

You might want to look up ephedrine on the net prior to making any decisions.

hydroxycut

Hi,
I tried hydroxycut last year. It was a disappointment and also expensive.
I used it for 2 days. The 1st day, my heartrate was up and I got a bad headache, plus I could NOT fall asleep that night. I tried it a 2nd day just to see if it was really causing all of these things- yes, it was. It's true, I ate less, but only because I had such an awful headache. But I couldn't do anything else - I'm a student - no studying and no exercise. So, I don't recommend it. Let us know if you found out anything.
