RE:
I haven't used HYDRODERN so I can't answer your question.
I have read some interesting articles abut the other two lines you mentioned and about topical creams that claim to have botox like effects in general.
The bottom line is that they don't work. If they did work like botox, then you wouldn't be able to generate facial expressions which you can certainly do when using these products. Second, because you would apply these creams or lotions with your fingers, you would theoretically risk 'turning off' the muscles in your fingers and hands, or numbing them, or whatever. Obviously, this doesn't happen either. Finally, if the creams worked like they say they do (by blocking a certain chemical within the deepest layers of the skin from working) do you really want to risk possible side effects from applying a cream? What if you applied too much? What if it got too close to the eyes? What's the 'right' amount? If these products in fact did what they porported to do, then they could be considered down right dangerous. Luckily, they don't and instead provide yet another hope they have no chance of delivering on.
The two biggest causes of wrinkles are sun exposure and oxidative damage (especially enhanced if you are also a smoker). Skin movement is involved in wrinkle development but no nearly to the extent one would think. This makes sense if you think about it. We bend and flex our elbows and knees so much that you would think that they would show tell tale signs of wrinkling due to the massive amount of movement that occurs. While wrinkling does occur in these areas, it usually shows up much later in life and again, the process is complicated by sun exposure and oxidative damage.
What I find interest about a line like FREEZE is that they offer no adequate daily SPF lotion or cream. Since the sun is such a huge cause of wrinkles, this oversight is totally unacceptable.
If you want to read some reviews for FREEZE and some other articles about these types of products, you can check out
www.cosmeticscop.com under reviews. I'll try and locate the other sites where I got my info and post those too!
Just my two cents!
