Hurt myself today - Just want to vent!

Hi you guys, I tweaked, stained, hopefully not pulled a muscle in my lower back/butt/hip area a few hours ago just pulling boxes out from under my stairs and I am so mad because I know I will be out of workout commission for a few days and I was just starting to get swinging with Cathe again!!! I did Boot Camp yesterday (minus a couple sets here and there :) I know you know what I mean! I loved every minute of it, but the Terminators were killing me!) and I was thrilled I could feel DOMS in my thighs this morning....I was so looking forward to IMAX2 or Cardio & Weights today but it hurts to squat or sit so I know I need to rest and not push it. Hopefully, it won't be long before I can get back to it!!
 
Don't you just hate it when you are all geared up to workout and something like an injury or illness stops you. But Maeghan is right. Take your time and get healed before attempting anything tough. Best wishes.
