Every time I do High Step Training Advanced I love it more and more. I would love to see a HSTA II with the same intensity, the same number of leg presses (maybe some starting up like Pure Strength), with new step (all step!) combos and different upper body exercizes. And, an ab routine added.
 
I love, love, love HSTA. It is fun, interesting, and effective. I second the vote on a second HSTA.I really enjoy the toe tapping cardio move although I sometimes trip myself up.
Also, I recently purchased a BOSU ball after long deliberation. It doesn't seem as though there are many BOSU workouts out there, and definitely not at the same advanced level I need and receive from Cathe's workouts. I wish Cathe would make a BOSU workout. I think the BOSU ball has a lot of potential.
