Just got the new series, LOVE it!, and felt compelled to join the forum. Found out about her on videofitness after the husband and I moved away from any the gym we were members of; I needed something to challenge me, and most instructors out there don't deliver like Cathe according to almost all and are they right!!! I am offically addicted and thuroughly challenged.
Anyone else feeling the Cathe love? How did you guys find out about her? and HELLO!; pleased to meet you all!
