How would y'all rate the new Xtrains from toughest to easiest?

I'm just getting over the flu, so even though I've had the downloads from the beginning, I haven't had a chance to even start them (hate that!). So how would you rate the intensity/dread factor/results of each of them? Thanks.
 
I've only done the cardio and leg workouts, none of the upper body or Super Cuts. If it were me coming off the flu, I'd start with Legs, lots of floor work and nothing too cardio based. Bummer to be sick when these arrived. Hard Strikes would be the next easiest IMO. The rest of the cardio workouts, you might want to wait until you're 100%.
 
The first 30 mins of the legs DVD is not easy at all and really gets your heart rate up. The Cardio Leg Blast is one of the hardest IMO. It's probably best you start with one of the weight workouts, not including super cuts. So discs 1, 2 and 3.
