How to use the calender?

Bumping I just found it too and do not know how to use it. I would like to put my workouts in it so I do not have to keep it under my keyboard.

The calendar does not link to the forums, so it would not automatically post. I
really don't advise using the calendar too much right now as we are getting
ready to change software and the data from the current calendar will not
transfer.
