How to use Kinkos

I want to buy the ebook Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle and do not have a printer. Can I use kinkos for this, i thought I heard that you could download and then send it to kinkos to have made into a book. any help would be great.

Go to kinko's online. Find the store nearest to you. Choose the way you want the book printed - spiral bound, covering etc.. attach the ebook, pay and check out. You can choose to pick it up at your convenience.
