How to set up my workouts

Hello Cathe:
What is the best way to set up my strength training, aerobics, stretching workouts to get the best out of my fitness program. I just need a schedule.

not cathe but a suggestion is to hop over the rotations forum where all of cathe's rotations are posted. it will give you an idea how to mix up for fitness goals and time restraints. setting up a schedule depends on how much time you have and what your goals are. i think you will find some great ideas over there.
