How to Schedule a workout

from Workout Manager

In the Calendar you select the number (date) on the day you want to add a workout... I had a heck of a time figuring this out... but if you move your cursor over the date in the box, it allows you to select it... then you ADD what ever workout you are going to add, whether it be a Cathe DVD or other type of workout...
