how to pay for Nutrition Plan with GC balance?

OK....I can't figure this out on my own. I'm either missing something obvious, or it's not an option at this point.

A WONDERFUL, most generous friend is treating me to the nutrition plan and I'm trying to sign up for it today to start tomorrow. I have a balance from a gift card/certificate, but when I add the nutrition plan to my cart and proceed, it asks for my credit card info only. There's no place to apply existing credits.

Anybody have any input on this????

You used to have an option toward the end of checking out where you put the GC number in as a note. Otherwise, email [email protected] or [email protected] and ask them what to do.
