Hi, I am new to Cathe and I can't understand how the Mix and Match works. I can see all the chapters but how does one select your choices. On another DVD I own there is a select button and you highlight the excercise and press select and once you have selected all the things you want you press enter and it plays in the sequence you selected. With cathe's DVD's I can't find any select button on screen. I can highlight an excercise but if I press enter it just start that one exercise. Am I doing something wrong? Doesn't work on either of my DVD players nor when playing on the laptop. Please help as I think this is a wonderful feature and would love to use it.
