how to keep your rotations

I've been printing out rotations from the VIDEO AND ROTATIONS section.
Right now, I keep them in a folder, but this won't do for long. Does everyone just put them in a 3-ring binder? I'm thinking that would make it easier to look through the rotations.

If you're a computer geek you could copy and paste them into Excel or some other nifty program. I have put mine in the plastic protective sheets and put them in a 3 ring binder which I keep next to my workout area.

I've put mine into excel. I just sort of got started and have a couple of yesr of Cathe's rotations in it. I did some reformatting so I could view them easier. I'd be happy to email you what I have. I'm sort of new to this forum so I'm not sure if I can attach them to this or not.

I ended up finding a 3 ring binder in my back storage room and filing my copy of the Compendium as well as rotations in it using the plastic sleeves. That way, you can write on the plastic with either a dry erase marker or a wet erase marker without ruining the copy. I also tossed in some blank paper for notes.

Unfortunately, I'm not a computer geek and I don't know how to paste anything. I guess that's something I need to learn.

You would be proud of me. I figured out how to copy and paste a rotation onto excel. Now, I need to get a 3-ring binder.

I have mine in a binder, however, the pages are not in plastic covers. The idea of using the dry erase markers on the plastic covers is a great one though! Something to ponder!}(

Thanks!
