Cathe's pretty busy, so I thought I'd share my routine.
I also do cardio 3-4x's a week and weights 2x's. I usually do yoga after a tough cardio workout. Running and spinning really make my legs tight, so yoga is a good way to stretch them out and relax. The muscles are already warmed up so you can stretch more (although if your muscles are REALLY tight, you may find you're not as flexible). I also like to do yoga the day after a weight workout since the muscles are sore or tight.
You can do yoga on an off day too, but I usually don't do this since you should warm-up a lot beforehand. Some people like to do it on an off day though and just relax. You don't need to do yoga everyday to benefit. Just try for a few sessions a week, even if it's just for 10 mins.
