How to get prints from someone elses' links?

So I may work on the web - but I am so not technical. (I just bought a digital camera right before the cathe trip.) So, my question is... how do I take a picture I've seen here from someone else's album and make a print out of it?

We need Kit......can you open up the pic in your browser and go to the file menu and print??? Or right click on the pic and print comes up??? Using of course lovely photo paper...I am blonde so I'm not sure......Carole

Okay, right click on the picture. Hit save picture as. Hit save. Then go to my pictures and it will be in there. If you click on the picture in my pictures then right click it, you will see "print". Hope I told you right.
